Weekend Venray - August 2021

On August 12th, we're off for a short weekend in the south of the Netherlands. We're heading to Venray, where we'll be staying at Hotel the Witte Hoeve. It's a nice hotel and party center with renovated rooms. More than enough for us for a weekend. We'll bring our bikes and head out for some wonderful excursions in North Limburg and the Southeast Brabant countryside. Consider, for example, the Maasduinen National Park. Something completely different is the bicycle bridge at the Overloon War Museum.

A weekend with (thankfully) beautiful weather, where we cycled through wonderfull nature and beautifull villages. We regularly encountered references to the Second World War in this area.  Use PolarSteps for more details.
